How do I reset my password?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. If you cannot access that, email support@vantagespan.app.
How do I update my payment method?
Builders can update their payment method from the Billing & Subscription page in the Builder Workspace, which opens the Stripe billing portal.
How do I cancel?
Builders on the current month-to-month plan can request cancellation from the Billing & Subscription page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Legacy commitments already in progress remain subject to the terms accepted when they began. See our Subscription, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Are figures in VantageSpan guaranteed?
No. Cost, funding, profit, and other figures are planning estimates based on the information and assumptions you enter. Verify material figures against your contracts, lender or accounting records, and other source documents.
